Can I Cancel a Booking?
Yes, of course! Just be sure to cancel at least seven days in advance to receive a full refund or two days in advance to receive a 50 percent refund. We cannot offer a refund with less than two days notice.
Can I Change a Booking
Yes, you can reschedule up to a day before your appointment.
Can I Book on the Phone?
Yes, the booking page is available from any mobile device. We do not currently accept appointments in a phone call though.
